Alexandra Morrow (she/her) is a director, producer, and cameraperson based in Burlington, VT. She founded Armadillo Collective in 2021 to foster a creative community that champions diverse voices and values authentic connections over speed. Her approach to filmmaking emphasizes deep relationships and genuine storytelling.

Since 2020, Alexandra has teamed up with the Points North Institute and leaders in Maine’s recovery community to create short films through the Recovery in Maine program. These films have reached over 7,000 people and more than 60 communities, using character-driven narratives to challenge the stigma around substance use disorder and improve community responses to the opioid crisis.

Outside of film, Alexandra loves spending time with her friends and their children. She finds joy in blowing bubbles, riding scooters, drawing with sidewalk chalk, eating ice cream with sprinkles, and, of course, enjoying the company of dogs.​
